Free Athletic Physicals Moved to Warner Event Center

Due to the old gymnasium currently being used for high school classroom storage, Warner Athletics will be relocating this year’s FREE athletic physicals to the Warner Event Center.

These physicals are required for student-athletes planning to participate in athletics during the upcoming school year. We encourage all athletes to attend and get their paperwork completed early.

• High School Boys: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM

• High School Girls: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM

• Middle School Athletes: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Important Information

All athletes must have a parent/legal guardian signature on their physical paperwork before participating in the physical.

Printed forms will be available at the event, or forms can be downloaded ahead of time from the Warner Eagles Athletics website: (https://www.warnereaglesathletics.com/athletic-forms)
