Physicals & Drug Testing

Friday, August 7

Location: Warner Event Center


Drug Testing

Drug testing personnel will begin setting up at 7:45 AM and will be available until approximately 2:00 PM.

  • Testing Hours: 7:45 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Break: 12:30 PM (testing will resume after the break)


Physicals

Physicals are required for all student-athletes and those competing in extracurricular activities at Warner Public Schools during the upcoming school year. We strongly encourage all athletes to complete their physicals before the school year begins.


Physical Schedule

  • High School Boys: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM

  • High School Girls: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM

  • Middle School: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM


Important Information

  • A parent or legal guardian must sign the physical paperwork before the student-athlete can receive a physical.

  • Physical forms will be available at the event.

  • Families may also download and complete the forms ahead of time from the Warner Eagles Athletics website: https://www.warnereaglesathletics.com/athletic-forms
